Who we are

MuralOS is provided by Overspray LLC. This policy covers the MuralOS iPhone app and muralos.app.

What the app stores

Everything you create in MuralOS lives on your iPhone. This includes wall photos, mural images, mockups, price quotes, your artist profile and logo, client and job details, project status, private notes, and generated PDFs. MuralOS does not upload this content to Overspray LLC.

Removing the app removes its locally stored data. Your device may include app data in an iPhone backup according to your Apple settings.

What leaves your device

Pricing data

The app periodically downloads a small pricing file from muralos.app. The request does not include your projects, clients, photos, quotes, or a MuralOS account identifier. Like most websites, our host may temporarily process technical request information such as an IP address, timestamp, browser or app information, and requested URL for security, reliability, and delivery.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. Overspray LLC does not receive your payment-card details. Apple's terms and privacy policy govern those transactions.

Sharing you choose

When you text, email, save, or share a proposal or invoice, the file goes to the destination you select using services on your device. MuralOS does not receive a copy.

Support you request

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it only to answer your request and maintain support records.

What we do not do

• No account creation in the app.
• No advertising or cross-app tracking.
• No sale of personal information.
• No AI training using your walls, art, clients, or business records.
• No location permission. Regional pricing uses the ZIP code you enter.

Data retention and your choices

App-created content stays under your control on your device until you edit or remove it, or remove the app. You can ask us to delete a support conversation by emailing us from the address used to contact support. We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

Children

MuralOS is a professional business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Future features and policy changes

If a future version adds an optional server feature, such as a client-facing proposal link or anonymized pricing contribution, we will explain it before use and update this policy first. Material changes will appear here with a new effective date.
